By accessing the Company's digital platforms, submitting personal information, attending events, or engaging in Company services, the User consents to the practices described in this Policy.

When participating in an event produced by Someone's Event or recorded through Someone's Studio:

6. Data Retention

Subject to UAE law, Users may request:

11.2 Attendance at such events may imply consent for incidental inclusion in media, unless specific opt-out procedures are provided.

11.3 Clients conducting their own media capture remain responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

12. Cookies and Tracking

12.1 Company websites may use cookies to enhance performance, store user preferences, analyze user activity, and facilitate authentication.

12.2 Users can adjust their browser settings to refuse cookies, although certain features may become unavailable as a result.

13. Third-Party Links

13.2 Someone's Event bears no responsibility for the privacy practices of external platforms.

14. Changes to the Policy

14.1 Someone's Event may amend this Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted, accompanied by the revision date.

14.2 Continued use of Company services after changes constitutes acceptance.
