Jason Derulo
Event overview
Someone’s Event took governance of Jason Derulo’s 2018 tour in major cities: London, Milan, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin: a new city, a new arena, a new set of variables to command. We managed creative direction, venue logistics, and technical execution, all of which worked in tandem.
We integrated dynamic stage structures, lighting choreography, and synchronized media. Our team prepared advance sheets for every venue. Equipment is moved according to our schedule, with a freight plan locked to the artist's calendar.
Construction was a race against the clock, a fixed-hour timeline at each arena. Local crews worked under the direction of our production leads. They followed our layouts and our cue systems. Redundancy checks were mandatory. Power, lights, and operational networks were all vetted before sound engineers began calibration.
We maintained a direct line to the artist’s management. An automated timecode system was used for every cue. Entrance lighting. Interlude visuals. Finale smoke. It was a machine designed for identical reproduction. Night after night.
Logistics were centralized. A single coordination desk governed transport convoys, hotel rotations, and all local authority permits. Customs, freight, and travel plans were all managed on time.
Completion was the final word. High attendance was achieved in every city. The tour was a definitive success.
