FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022
Event overview
Someone’s Event governed the artist lineup and production flow for the official FIFA Fanfest at the Qatar World Cup. We directed performer selection, booking, contracts, and all coordination under FIFA’s live entertainment division.
The assignment demanded operational unity among artists, crews, and event directors. Someone's Event managed a master timeline for rehearsals, stage transitions, and soundcheck rotations, all inside broadcast regulations. A specific schedule guaranteed continuity for the complete concert series.
A modular stage architecture permitted live transitions. Lighting, sound, and video units were arranged to suit high-definition broadcast frames and create a direct audience effect. Company specialists supervised every technical layer; the work included the structural rigging, cable runs, system calibration, and power distribution during the entire operation.
A central coordination tent housed production control, serving as a hub for local vendors, and was the base for FIFA’s core management. Crew commands, artist transfers, and all logistics were managed on a unified communication grid designed for live responsiveness.
The program calendar featured global names, regional artists, and special collaborations. Fans gathered with energy, drawn by the momentum of the world's largest football event.
A full delivery concluded the project. Artists performed on schedule, the production remained stable, and coordination achieved international standards. The assignment demonstrated the company's capacity for large-scale entertainment governance under global supervision.
